A lot of AI automation is sold as headcount reduction. We build the other way round: the marketer gets an analyst with every number, the owner gets a project manager who never drops a task, the website gets a service desk that answers at night. The people stay. The floor under them gets stronger.
The platform underneath is open source (SAE4U Agent, Apache 2). You can read the code, self-host it, or take it to another team. That is the guarantee against lock-in that a contract cannot give you.

There is no published rate card for custom AI systems, here or anywhere, because the work is scoped per business. A first build takes four to six weeks. You get a fixed price after the one-page plan, before any work starts. Running the system afterwards is quoted per system, monthly.
We are in Brooklyn and meet New York clients in person. The systems themselves are built and operated remotely, so clients outside the city work with us the same way, over Telegram or Slack and a weekly call.
One person on your side who owns the decision, and access to the tools the system will read: your analytics, booking software, email or calendar. Data stays in your accounts. We connect through the vendors' own OAuth, never by asking for passwords.
Claude and OpenAI models for most work, local models when data cannot leave your premises. Our open-source agent platform, SAE4U Agent, runs on either. We publish a self-hosted trust standard, SHAITS, and score our own deployments against it.
