How we work, and what it costs.
Custom AI systems do not come with a price list, and the agencies that publish one are selling a template. Here is how we price instead: a plan first, then a fixed number, then a choice of how to keep going.
Four steps. The first two are free.
A call with the founder
Slava, not a sales rep. What runs your business, where the hours go, what you already tried, whether we are the right team at all.
A one-page plan
What to build first, what it connects to, what it will cost and how long. Written for you, yours to keep, no obligation.
First build, fixed price
Scope and price locked before we start. Code in your repository, data in your accounts, documentation, thirty days of fixes after launch.
Run, hand over, or retain
We operate it per system, your team takes it over with our docs, or a team stays on your operation on retainer. Your call, and you can change it later.
Three ways to keep working with us.
Every option keeps the code and the data yours.
Run
We operate the system: monitoring, model updates, fixes when your tools change, a monthly report. Quoted per system after the build, so you know the number before you decide.
Retainer
A team stays on your operation: marketing, development and the AI office under one monthly agreement. This is how World Spa has worked with us since 2023, with their own marketer and our systems side by side.
AI Office, the product
A staffed product for teams that want the analyst, the project manager and the client-service agent without a custom build first. Its own site, its own price: simple4u.ai.
Three things we turn down, so you do not have to ask.
- Template chatbots. If a no-code tool solves it, we will say so on the call and point you to it.
- Strategy decks without a build. The one-page plan is the strategy. The build is the deliverable.
- Replacing your staff. Every system we ship sits under a person who keeps the keys. We do not take work whose goal is a layoff.
What is in every build, no exceptions: source code in a repository you own, data in accounts you control, written documentation, thirty days of fixes, and the open-source platform underneath so another team could take it over.
Asked on almost every first call.
Because a custom AI system is scoped like hiring an engineer, not like buying a plan. The agencies that publish a menu are selling the same template to everyone. We give you a fixed number after the one-page plan.
One system, end to end: the integrations it needs, the agent or automation itself, the reporting that proves it works, documentation and thirty days of fixes. Typical examples are a marketing analyst agent, a booking and payment flow, or an AI concierge on the site.
Three options. We run the system monthly, quoted per system. Your team runs it with our documentation, and calls us when it needs to change. Or you move to a retainer, where a team stays on your operation: marketing, development and the AI office together. World Spa has worked that way with us since 2023.
Yes. The AI Office is a staffed product with its own site and its own price at simple4u.ai: a marketing analyst, a project manager and a client-service agent that embed into your team. Everything on this site is the custom work around and beyond it.
Or book the call
Fifteen minutes, no deck. If we are not the right team, you will hear that on the call and get a name of who is.
Your message goes straight to the founder. No sales team, no sequence of follow-up emails.
