Self-audits first so the maintainer can't manipulate the methodology retroactively. External certifications second, starting with open-source agents whose code we can fully inspect.

SAE4U Agent (open source generic framework). Published with our own self-audit on the SHAITS standard, including any tiers it falls short of.
